XRP sees record growth in large-holder wallets as accumulation outpaces volatility

The XRP Ledger has reached an all-time high of 332,230 wallets holding at least 10,000 XRP, marking a significant accumulation trend that has persisted for nearly two years. This growth has continued through periods of substantial crypto market volatility, including price drawdowns and liquidations that temporarily reduced the number of large holders. For instance, between February 6 and 8, over 4,500 large XRP wallets were lost, likely due to a wider market downturn and liquidation event, but the trend has since recovered. Despite XRP trading significantly below its all-time high, the consistent increase in large-holder wallets is viewed as a positive sign of strong conviction and long-term investment behavior, suggesting holders are accumulating during market weakness rather than chasing short-term price movements.
