World Liberty contends that Sun engaged in prohibited activities, including straw purchases and a coordinated short-selling campaign intended to suppress the token's price at launch. The company argues that it froze Sun's assets to protect the project and community, asserting that Sun knowingly spread false information regarding these actions via social media. The lawsuit seeks damages and a formal retraction of Sun's public statements.
