Billionaire Tim Draper Predicts Bitcoin Will Reach This Price in 18 Months

Venture capitalist Tim Draper has reiterated his prediction that Bitcoin (BTC) will reach $250,000 within the next 18 months. Draper's history with Bitcoin includes an early failed attempt to mine it and a significant loss when Mt. Gox collapsed in 2014. However, he later acquired approximately 29,656 BTC at a US Marshals Service auction in 2014 for $632 per coin. He famously predicted BTC would hit $10,000 in three years, a forecast that proved accurate. Draper attributes his current bullish outlook to inflationary pressures and a weakening dollar. Despite past predictions of $250,000 that have not yet materialized, other prominent figures like Charles Hoskinson also share a $250,000 target for Bitcoin.
