MoonPay partners with Pump.fun to enable cross-chain crypto deposits

MoonPay has integrated with Pump.fun, a Solana-based meme token platform, to simplify crypto deposits. MoonPay Deposits enables users to fund their Pump.fun accounts with crypto from nine different blockchains – Arbitrum, Base, Bitcoin, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Hyperliquid, Plasma, Polygon, and Solana – regardless of the original token or blockchain. This eliminates the complexities of navigating multiple networks and potential errors like sending assets to the wrong address. MoonPay automatically handles swapping, bridging, and routing to ensure funds arrive correctly. Pump.fun has seen rapid growth, exceeding 1.5 million downloads, and this integration aims to broaden access and improve user experience by allowing trading and holding of more assets within the app. MoonPay CEO Ivan Soto-Wright stated the goal is to facilitate seamless and secure value transfer across the crypto ecosystem.
