Nigel Farage Acquires 6% Stake in Bitcoin Firm Stack BTC

Nigel Farage, leader of Reform UK, has acquired approximately a 6.3% stake in the Bitcoin treasury company Stack BTC through his media company, Thorn In The Side Ltd, by investing £215,000 during a £260,000 capital raise that also included Blockchain.com. This investment deepens the link between the populist political movement and the crypto sector. Farage has long advocated for integrating Bitcoin into the UK's financial landscape, previously pledging to create a Bitcoin reserve at the Bank of England if he became Prime Minister. His party, Reform UK, was also the first European party to accept Bitcoin donations. Stack BTC specializes in secure storage and risk management for corporate Bitcoin holdings, and Farage's investment supports his vision for making the UK a global crypto hub.
